Join presenters Jennifer Weinstock, Barbara Maduell, and Jill Goldenberg on Monday, January 16 (8:30 a.m.–3:30 p.m.), for a one-day track for day school development professionals.

Based on feedback and ideas from Jewish day school development professionals across North America, the day will focus on facilitated networking, experiential learning, and exposure to national experts. Topics include:

• Speed-dating–want to know what is going on in other schools’ development departments? Learn from your colleagues and build your network.
• Creating a culture of philanthropy based on best practices at independent schools.
• Choice of breakout sessions on:

  • getting your board engaged in fundraising;
  • creating an endowment/legacy campaign; or
  • creating a strategic annual campaign plan.

NOTE: If you complete PEJE’s new Development Self-Assessment Tool prior to the one-day track, you will receive a one-on-one consultation at the Conference.

What you will take away:

• Great ideas from other day school development professionals.
• Concrete ideas and next steps for strengthening board involvement in development.
• Concrete ideas and next steps for launching an endowment campaign.
• Increased enthusiasm and confidence to return to your school and raise necessary funds.
